• Each submit from your miner is added to the pool "Total work"
• Your work is valid till block is found. So even if you stop mining you can get reward
• Your rewards is calculated based on your contribution to the pool (your work / total pool work)
• Additionally if your worker will be the one that find a block you will receive fixed finders fee
